Tony was great! Other employees should be like him.... still took more than 3 hours to have my car inspected and oil changed.... that is kind of long, specially if you pick up an early appointment.... Man still took more than 3 hours to have my car inspected and oil changed.... that is kind of long, specially if you pick up an early appointment.... Manager doesn't go on Saturdays.... WHAT? that is really crazy.... I understand that he has a family but isn't one of the busiest days of the week? And while waiting went to check out the new models and the guy was eating breakfast, he was annoyed for being interrupted.... well guess who didn't get the sale? More

They are the worst service department I have ever worked with. When you purchase a new car, have it serviced and purchased additional equipment at time of new car purchase at the same dealership the sales d with. When you purchase a new car, have it serviced and purchased additional equipment at time of new car purchase at the same dealership the sales department and service area should work together but not here. When the issue was pushed I was told that while in the same building, the service department and sales department were operated completely separately and do not work as a team. How ridiculous is that?? If I didn’t purchase a Honda extended warranty and Zurich warranty's with my car purchase I would never come back here. I had a wonderful experience in the sales department to the point that I purchased 3 brand new cars in the same year but after my multiple poor experiences in the service department I will not buy another car from a Piazza dealership. More

Piazza Honda of Springfield runs a great shop, especially their Express Service. From the service writers to their techs they are polite and very accommodating.
