I dropped my 2014 Accord off because it was having problems starting up. It's on it's third battery with under 70k miles and I was suspicious that the problem was how the battery is connected, not the problems starting up. It's on it's third battery with under 70k miles and I was suspicious that the problem was how the battery is connected, not the battery itself. The technicians at Piazza Springfield found the problematic battery terminal and corrected it without any charge. I wonder if this is because they installed the previous two batteries and this was due to the installation? Not sure, but I was happy to hear it was at no expense to me. They also took care of driveshaft Recall that was issued just days before (I hadn't even received the recall notice in the mail yet). They communicated the issues clearly and performed the work in a timely manner. Overall the experience was very positive. When I picked up the car I asked for the 4 digit security code because the system kept resetting and requesting the code. Tonya said the 2014 does not have a code. I was adamant that the car kept requesting it so I'd like to have it. Tonya assured me this was not the case and gave me her business card and told me to contact her directly if I have this issue again. More
