My husband and I went down to Florida from SC on vacation. My husband was determined to find a van in Florida. I contacted Rivard on Monday, 07.28.25 inquiring on the purchase of a van. We were t vacation. My husband was determined to find a van in Florida. I contacted Rivard on Monday, 07.28.25 inquiring on the purchase of a van. We were transferred to Mr. Stanley Moffitt. Mr. Moffitt. spoke to my husband, asked a few questions in reference to what he was looking to purchase then told us to come on down there was one van on the lot. We were in Kissimmee FL at the time. We drove down to Tampa. Mr. Moffitt took us on a test drive when we returned the numbers were worked out, fast forward we drove off in the 2025 van with 5 vacation days left to enjoy. Mr. Moffitt was very professional, nice, courteous, kept us informed of each step along the way with the financing and truly an excellent Associate representing himself and Rivard. Mr. Moffitt, we truly Thank you. I did have to drive back to SC, following my husband but I must say it was worth the drive. More

Stanley was outstanding! When you are shopping for a vehicle most times it is the equivalent of a root canal. However, I have to say that Stanley and Rivard were definitely the exception to the norm. There was no strong sales push. They provided detailed numbers prior to my arrival at the dealership and on my arrival the numbers were the same! Let me rephrase that, the numbers were the same! So may times dealerships will pull a bate and switch, but not here. This was one of the best lease rate residuals and money factors that I have seen while shopping for my 2025 GMC Hummer EV Pickup. Flawless execution, I will refer others immediately to Rivard! Also, once I arrived I was immediately greeted and offered a cup of coffee. Everything else could have fallen apart, and I still would have purchased from you. The simple customer service steps are missed by many dealerships. KUDOS RIVARD and STANLEY! I will be back. More

I flew into Tampa to pick up my vehicle, giving the salesman a full week's notice to have it cleaned and ready. Unfortunately, when I arrived, it was still sitting in the back lot and hadn't been prepa salesman a full week's notice to have it cleaned and ready. Unfortunately, when I arrived, it was still sitting in the back lot and hadn't been prepared. It would have been nice if the vehicle had been cleaned and ready for pickup as expected. Rivard clearly moves a high volume of vehicles, and it shows—speed seems to take priority over customer experience. That said, they remain the price leader, and in this case, you get what you pay for. More
