I like the convenience of the one stop shop when purchasing a vehicle. However, the process still needs refinement on reducing customer time at the dealership. Ultimately, Rivard Buick GMC was chosen because of the price (and location) and nothing else. Their price was unbeatable, but frankly the sales staff leaves much to be desired. We had already decided on the car online before even speaking to anyone, so their only purpose was answer questions, and sometimes it felt like pulling teeth. Nice enough, but lacking on assistance. They had a great price on the truck I purchased. I arrived on a sunday with it raining and not alot of people in the dealership. The whole process took too long. It was a cash purchase and I was there for over 3 hours and I did not haggle with the price of the truck. Paperwork wise the warranty was not explained very well. One last thing the interior of the truck was not very clean and when I mentioned it to my saleman he implied that the weekend detailers don't do a great job. More
