Very good experience ! I was contacted via the internet and Brittany was very helpful and pleasant. I told her what another dealership had offered me but it wasn't really t I was contacted via the internet and Brittany was very helpful and pleasant. I told her what another dealership had offered me but it wasn't really the car I was looking for. She informed me that she would check their inventory and speak to her manager. Shortly after our conversation, she contacted me and told me my payments would be almost the same as what the other dealership offered and I would have a better vehicle. I really wanted a vehicle with more technology especially like the parking assist. I came into the dealership and received the quotation and found that Pacifico offered me a much better deal for a better vehicle. Stanley Otto answered all my questions and was very helpful. I did not feel pressured and made the final decision to go with Pacifico. Overall I felt I made the right decision in a short time. More
