Nice enough experience as far as dealerships go. I had the displeasure of entering your dealership 3 years ago to purchase a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4. Due to the rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful behavior on the part of your salesperson I departed. I ago to purchase a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4. Due to the rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful behavior on the part of your salesperson I departed. I then purchased my truck (2009 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4) from Folsom Lake Dodge. This time was very different. As I approached the dealership I met Stanley. He is very polite, respecful and helpful. We went to the supplemental parking area where I test drove the 2011 Dodge Caliber. Stanley is very knowledgable about Dodge products. Every question or concern I had he answered very professionally. I love the vehicle, it has everything I was looking for. As this is my sencond Dodge, I am very pleased with the vehicle. Stanley and Gordon were exceptional in making a great deal. I would reccommend your dealership to everyone, especially the 2 salemen who assisted me in my purchase, Stanley and Gordon. It may have taken 3 years to come back, but it was well worth the visit. I do believe in supporting our local dealerships. My wife and I have purchased a vehicle from 5 of the dealerships and now 6 with the purchase of our new 2011 Dodge Caliber. Initially I was disappointed because I scheduled a meeting with Travis McDonald and he did not answer his phone nor his page but Stanley and Gordon were very accomidating. Consequently I did not deal meeting with Travis McDonald and he did not answer his phone nor his page but Stanley and Gordon were very accomidating. Consequently I did not deal with Travis because my time is worth more than the unbearable wait I endured. It took over a week to get my car and when I did finally pick it up there was little fuel in it and I live nearly a half hour from the dealership. I would recommend this dealership to my friends however I would preface with my experience good and bad. More

This is my second vehicle purchase from this Dodge location, so I am a repeat customer for a reason. Being in business for my self I feel that I am extra critical about how I am treated as a consumer and customer, there for it takes a lot to impress me...Cory Long & Steve Coopersmith worked so hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted by meeting all my terms and then some! We bought a new dodge ram truck in 2011 and we are thrilled with it and Gordon helped us with that purchased. This time we were looking for a small car for me to drive back and forth to work.I had se thrilled with it and Gordon helped us with that purchased. This time we were looking for a small car for me to drive back and forth to work.I had seen a Nissan Versa on the Internet at the dealership and when we went to look at it we couldn't find it and Stanley came out to help us and I told him about it and he went searching for it. He found it and we took it for a test drive and I loved it. We sat down and told him that these are the terms we are wanting and if you can do that then we have a deal.. Stanley went to work and him and Gordon were able to get us our terms that we wanted. Stanley had my car put in for detailing and by the time we signed our papers the car was ready. so we have bought our last 2 vehicles there and we won't go to any other dealership but Elk Grove Dodge They don't pressure you, and they go out of their way to help you. I would recommend any of our family and friends to go there and I would recommend Stanley as your salesperson. He is very friendly and a caring person and will go out of his way to help and make your car buying experience a pleasure. Thank you so much Stanley and Elk Grove Dodge. Stanley was very helpful. I'd recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car. If you are not up for the typical back and forth games that most dealer play, just tell Stanley what you want and see if h the market for a new car. I dread going to the dealership, “Did I get the best price? How much did I overpay? Who can I trust? Who is willing to hear what I need and want and not pressure me?” Well I did my research online. I price? How much did I overpay? Who can I trust? Who is willing to hear what I need and want and not pressure me?” Well I did my research online. I tried to get a vehicle with the options I wanted and what my wife wanted. I thought I could take advantage of 0% financing, I have GREAT credit. I filled out the online quote info and sent it to 5 dealerships. Most dealerships sent an auto response asking me to give them info that I already filled out. I requested a 2011 or 2012 Dodge Gran Caravan with remote doors and starter and backup camera. The automated responses were “Good morning. Welcome to XYZ Chrysler Jeep Dodge NORCAL, and thank you for your interest in the Dodge Grand Caravan. In order to make this simple and easy, I'd like to provide you with whatever information you need quickly and efficiently. Would you mind answering a few questions: • Which options and equipment are important to you? Please let me know more details of exactly what you are looking for option wise?” I was very clear in what I was looking for so it annoyed me that I took the time to fill out an online form and then I get an automated response asking me to tell them AGAIN what I already told them, READ what I wrote!! I am very happy that John Benton not only took the time to respond to me but he also sent me a PDF of the window sticker of the vehicle I wanted. John was awesome! I came to realize all the options I wanted on the vehicle were out of my price range, but the options my wife wanted were in the price range and John sent me another window sticker of the vehicle that I later bought. Elk Grove Dodge was the only dealership that responded right away and so I went down to see the vehicle. I was greeted very warmly by Stanley Simpson, I told him I had communicated with John Benton already and was here to see the vehicle he had emailed me about. Stanley listened and located the vehicle and we went out on a test drive. Stanley worked hard to earn my business. He conceded to my price range, although you can never get rid of that nagging “did I pay too much” feeling. Even though I had great credit 0% was not being offered for 60 months at the time of purchase so I ended up with a 2.9% rate. I could have done my own financing, but being a holiday, my credit union was closed and I wanted to get the vehicle that day. Stanley made the deal work and my wife is VERY happy so I am as well. I would recommend Elk Grove Dodge and John Benton and Stanley Simpson to everyone, my friends purchased a Subaru from Elk Grove Subaru right next door and they are very happy as well, Lasher has some good people, hold onto them. I gave a 5 for price since I did purchase vehicle. More

Stanley Simpson was great! I told Stanley that I needed to buy a Van for my business and that I didn't want to spend a lot of time at the dealership. I am just too busy trying to run my business. Well, Stanley called me up when he had a few vehicles that fit my description. I went to the dealership and later the same day drove off in a van that was just perfect for my needs. How about that? It only took about two hours from start to finish and I have been completely satisfied with the vehicle. Stanley gave me the exact kind of service I asked for, to find a vehicle, call me when he had the right vehicles in stock, give me a good price, and then work to get me out of there. This is the second car I have bought now from Elk Grove Dodge and I am very satisfied! More

Well i met stan last summer and i was in the process of buying a home. He understood and he did not pressure me. I gave him my number and he called me every couple of months to see how i was doing. Well right after the new year i stopped in to see him and i was met with a smile and a great hello. Even though he was busy with another customer, he made sure i was taken care of gordon in finance introduce me to vince and he was great as well. I ended up buying a brand new 2012 caravan. I would recommend this dealership because i have alwys recieved good service from the service department when i brought in my older dodge vans to the showroom. The staff was always accomodatingand helpful. More
