They denied receiving it until the service manager located it w the finance guy. Stefano was so late delivering the keys I was charged an extra day by enterprise for their rental car I had. This dealer is the worst, they told me I was approved knowing my credit isn’t good and gave me the car , now a month after they call me saying the bank didn’t took my loan and I have to return the car , knowing my credit isn’t good and gave me the car , now a month after they call me saying the bank didn’t took my loan and I have to return the car , what they didn’t say that in the first place , they make me believe I was ok with everything, the Global landing call me to congratulate me and everything, Omar the sales rep after asking him more than one if I was approve to buy before going in there and he said yes , they lied to me knowing my English isn’t good , be careful before buying from this people, don’t let them fool you. More
