HORRIBLE Customer Service I purchased a brand new 2019 Tucson on January 7, 2020. It had 124 miles on it. There were some flaws that I wanted to be corrected with the vehicle a I purchased a brand new 2019 Tucson on January 7, 2020. It had 124 miles on it. There were some flaws that I wanted to be corrected with the vehicle and made arrangements with my salesman to drop the vehicle off to service. Did that on January 21st at 7:30 AM. I was called on January 24th by Harold in service saying it was ready for pick up and all repairs were completed. Got there and they were not. Harold was so completely rude, arguing with me that Mario, the lane manager had to tell him to stop. I had to leave the vehicle again. I was called by Harold on Saturday, January 25th and told they would get all of the outstanding issues resolved. On Monday, January 27th I was called again by Harold and told my vehicle was completed and ready for pick up. We went over the items and he assured me that everything was completed. When I arrived there after work that evening, once AGAIN, my vehicle was NOT done. No service manager around to help so they went and got the sales manager, he then tries to tell me that I need to "lower my expectations". Are you kidding me? No, I do not need to lower my expectations, I bought a brand new car, it should be PERFECT with NO FLAWS. You all need to raise your level of customer service! The vehicle was once again left for them to complete what they are supposed to. I still haven't heard from the manager, not one time. More

Stefano was a very knowledgeable salesman. He really took his time with u n didn't makes u feel pressured. He told me, "he really wanted us to make the right decision. It's a big purchase. Thanks Stefano!!! I also want to mention Luis. He was very personable n also got us exactly what we needed. Five stars all the way around. 'll be back n would recommend them to anyone. More

Great experience at Brandon Hyundai! Great service department! Shout out to John Oliver in the service department...great guy, so kind and friendly! Patrick Lynch, another nice guy! Both of these guys were so nice and pleasant as I waited for my car to get checked over. Stefano Santini, for helping out and running around trying to gather the things I had left in my old car after I turned it in! I so appreciate your help and determination to find my things!! You went out of your way! Kaylin Stapchuk, super friendly and helpful. She spent a lot of time with me and I really appreciate her patience! And the nice guy who checked in my car to the service department...super friendly..I forget his name...maybe John Oliver would know. Luis Tejeda, again a really nice guy, very friendly. Chris Foster the finance guy...very nice! Heather Willis...for finding the old Josh who is now at another Hyundai dealership. The new Josh was great too! Of course, my salesman, Adrian Cintron...another shout out to him. And Josh Kawcak...you are running a great ship at Brandon Hyundai. There wasn't one person I met who wasn't friendly and helpful! Wanted a car but guess my deposit wasn’t good enough. I cane in looking for a Hyundai Genesis. Local dealer finally had one that I wanted. I spoke with Stefano and he took me to see the car. At the time i I cane in looking for a Hyundai Genesis. Local dealer finally had one that I wanted. I spoke with Stefano and he took me to see the car. At the time it wasn’t ready it was still being inspected but I loved it. I was emailed by Mark asking how was my visit and I informed him that I wanted to put a deposit on the car so it couldn’t be sold. I needed a couple days to come back with my fiancé to work the deal. I was told I had to drive the car first. I came back again and drove the car with Stafano. Fell in love with it. Was ready to move forward with a deposit. Stefano talked to finance person and came back and asked how much I was using for a deposit. I said $1000 but he made it seem like it was only acceptable if I put $5000. I had my own financing and was looking to trade my car. Larry the used manager gave an estimate on my car, which I was happy with. Larry then sits down to tell me that they didn’t want to accept my deposit because someone else may come on over the weekend to get the car. I was upset to say the least. So I started looking elsewhere. Just so happen to find the same Genesis at another lot with lower miles for less money. When Stefano reaches back out to me to get me to come back in since the car didn’t sell, I advised him I found another car for less. He tried to earn my business and asked what need to take place to do so. I advised him what I was working on and the cost. Even sent a picture of the financing/offer. Didn’t hear back from anyone after that until late into afternoon maybe about 5pm, which was Mark. Told Mark I thought Stefano was getting back with me. He said he would look into it. He calls me back and said that the reason no one got back with me is because the finance/offer numbers I sent were bogus! I said wow!! You gotta be kidding me. Though I liked and really wanted your vehicle more, your dealership didn’t deserve my business. Using my own financing that’s exactly the deal that I got on the Genesis from the other lot. I immediately went and got the car from them. Last time I check that Genesis is still sitting on your lot. Stefano was good. I understood that he can only do so much but he should have reached back out to me regardless if they agreed with the numbers or not. Mark started off good but before our last conversation ended he wanted to know the stock number and location of the other vehicle and said his mom was looking for that car too. If that car is cheaper he wanted her to go there than buying the one on your lot. I told him where the car was....look it up! I don’t have time for games or lies! Larry....no other words for him...guess my deposit wasn’t good enough. More

More than pleasantly surprised? I went in feeling defeated, but came out feeling renewed. Honestly, I thought that I wouldn't get approved.
