The sales person Stephanie Nix was extremely responsive and gave updates while we were waiting for our Lexus to come in. When we went there to pick it up, it had a pretty red bow on the top of it, which wa and gave updates while we were waiting for our Lexus to come in. False advertising on autos and prices that were not real and not available! Ploy to get customers to waste time contacting them, so they could try to bait and switch..
