Randy picked us up at the Nashville airport and was as nice as anyone I had ever met. We enjoyed the ride in with him. He even arranged for us to get out of the vehicle inside the service bay so that my wife and I would not get wet. Top notch move! Dealing with Shane was just easy. From the texts back and forth to the first handshake. That guy is classy! Stephanie in finance was just a walking talking smile that made my wife and I feel like we had known her forever. It was quite comforting. Overall, it was worth the flight and the 8 hour drive home to deal with this dealership. Wonderful, professional employees that got down to business and didn't waste my time. 10 outta 10 for me! More
