We are very appreciative of all he has done. Now on to Nissan Consumer Affairs….they have been terrible!!!! We purchased an Altima that had a factory defect and on the drive home the sunroof exploded. We had to bubble up to Nissan corporate. They failed to escalate our issue, and have consistently failed to communicate with us in a timely manner and have missed multiple communication time frames. As of now, going on three weeks, we have no resolution on our issue and no car. Unacceptable! More
