I had run into car trouble on the day before Christmas Eve and I work a full time and couple part time jobs so being with out an automobile is not in the cards for any length of time. I found a car I was interested in on their web site sent a text and it was replied to almost immediately. I scheduled an appointment the day after Christmas and was greeted that morning by Sales rep Gunnar Gray. Everyone in the place was very friendly and Gunnar was very helpful and my experience was very enjoyable. I never felt pressured and they really worked with me to get me in my new ride. Great assistance from salesman Eddie Young We walked into this dealership and were greeted at the door by Eddie Young.We had come to look at a specific used Ford Mustang. Eddie arranged for a test drive and was able to give us a detailed review of the cars engine, transmission and options. He asked what our needs were and matched up what the car offered. We ended up driving it home a few hours later. Eddie is a "comfortable " salesman to deal with. He is well informed, personable and never pushy. Four days after we bought it we stopped at the dealership and asked Eddie to help us set up our cell phone on the Bluetooth system. He immediately assisted us. A nice example of his level of customer service. Also kudos to Stephanie in the Business Office for her organization and clear explanations. More
