Great customer experience at Nissan dealershi in CookevilleT My daughter and I first went to the Cookeville, TN Nissan dealership after seeing their website to look at a car they had listed online. The sales as My daughter and I first went to the Cookeville, TN Nissan dealership after seeing their website to look at a car they had listed online. The sales associate, Derrick McMurray was very cordial when we first arrived, greeting us outside the door and asking how he could be of help to us. We told him that we had saw an advertised car online and wanted to see if that car was still available to be purchased. Derrick said the car was there and offered us a chance to drive the car. After the test drive Derrick gave us another option of an automobile, a Nissan Altima, that had Nissan's precertified warranty available with purchase of the Altima. After we test drove the Altima my daughter and I we're both very interested in the Altima and all the car offered us, along with Nissan's precertified warranty. When we expressed our interest in both the car we had originally went to view and the Altima, Derrick was ready to roll up his sleeves and help us any way he could. While we were waiting for the finance department to do their research and paperwork, my daughter and I enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon with Nissan associate, Derrick McMurry, who not only offered us a welcoming warm cup of Starbucks coffee, but also provided us with a plate of pumpkin pie while we waited. Did I mention there was also a piece of apple pie and pecan pie too? Well there was. When the finance department finished their inquiries and returned with the news that our financing for both cars had been approved it rounded off one of the most pleasant days I have ever had at an automobile dealership. My many thanks to Derrick McMurry and the entire Nissan dealership in Cookeville TN for a great car buying experience. More

I went in looking for one vehicle to replace one, but thanks to everyone in Nissan that worked their magic, my mother and I walked out with two vehicles on the same day. Derrick was, is, honestly one of the best sales person I have dealt with in all my car buying experiences. He didn't try to force me into something I didn't want. He worked with me on what I wanted and asked me all the questions that a car dealership should ask! I thought I had experienced good service with another when I bought my first car back in 2015, but they aren't even as the same playing field as Nissan and all the employees there. I will certainly be returning for all of my car buying in the future!! More
