I’ve always dreaded buying a new vehicle and I just recentIy found myself in that position as my husband needed to replace his car. After looking for a good used vehicle online, he found one he liked at this dealership. Oh boy, time at the bank, time at the dealership and a three hour drive was ahead of me. My husband had very good dealings with this dealership from the start; a good sign. Then our bank representative mentioned how very nice and helpful the people she dealt with were. Things were looking up. So, the day for the jaunt to Cookeville arrived and the trip wasn’t bad. Now for the dealership. Our time spent at this dealership was great and the time flew by. I got the run around at the dealers in Nashville,and just plain lied to from Columbia Nissan.I knew what I wanted.I made a call to Cookeville Nissan a I got the run around at the dealers in Nashville,and just plain lied to from Columbia Nissan.I knew what I wanted.I made a call to Cookeville Nissan and lucky for me Cody Hillis answer the phone.I told him what I wanted and the price I would pay.We talked a while and agree if the truck I wanted pass my inspection and test drive we had a deal.I drove over 100 miles to get there.I now drive a new NISSAN TRUCK! Cody is a man of his word! The deal was exactly as we talked about on the phone.I don't know the other sales people but, if they are half as good as Cody you can't go wrong. I did get the pleasure of meeting Ms.Boles in doing the paper work.Once again smooth as silk. Thanks again Cody and Stephanie for making my buying experience simple!! More
