Initial interaction was not good. .. I went in with a list of problems and was told maybe in 2 weeks for help. Crazy since my AC, Bluetooth and other tech wasn't working in a 9 month o .. Luckily Ray (Manager) and Codi (SVC) stepped in and helped me out. They were able to get me in same day, and a loaner. Dealer had my car for 4 days. Returned with all resolved. Few things to that should be considered to improve: - Initial contact when someone comes in with a problem. Find ways to help or say yes. - comms during the repair process... I had to call daily to check my own status. Nobody updated me on the Honda side. More
