I found Ben to be very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my numerous questions. He gave a very thorough explanation of the specs on the car. Ben was not “pushing” to get a sale. Stephanie was amazing! She was so patient with us and knew everything about each of the cars we test drove. She worked hard, with the rest of the team, to make sure we ended up with a car we love at a pr knew everything about each of the cars we test drove. I called Kenosha Subaru and said I just wanted to test drive the Forester and didn’t plan to purchase that day. Stephanie Hafez greeted me with a few Suburu gifts, discussed what I was looking for, had t drive the Forester and didn’t plan to purchase that day. Stephanie Hafez greeted me with a few Suburu gifts, discussed what I was looking for, had the Forester inside and explained all of the equipment, including all of the safety features and I took it for a test drive. I did not feel any pressure and took a few days to think about it. I returned 3 days later, negotiated a very fair price, including a great price for my trade in and I now am the owner of a beautiful blue Touring Forester. Stephanie is very knowledgeable, called a few days later to see how I liked the car and offered to have me come in anytime and she would go over any equipment questions. Derrick was very thorough when explaining the financing, too. More
