Council of Sales Leadership 2015 - Silver Status - Hello, my name is Stephanie Hausherr Sales Consultant for Germain Honda of Dublin. Raised on the Oregon Coast, I drove a truck coast to coast for a few years. After truck driving, I settled in Nebraska for eight years. During six of those years, I was in restaurant management which allowed me to develop my customer relation skills. I decided it was time for a change of scenery and a different career, so I found myself moving to the Columbus area and focusing my skills towards automotive sales. I love auto-sales and believe that if you treat others as you would like to be treated along with honesty you can build customers for life. Stephanie did a great job. Very personable, no pressure to make a decision. She listend weel and was responsive to our objectives and desires. Asked questions about extras but didn't push anything. They work hard on customer service and it shows! Biggest cause of the 4 rating -- closing the deal took nearly 2 hours from the moment we said yes! Finance needs to be a lot more productive and efficient. Lots of sitting and waiting before we even saw the FM. Ridiculous really, almost to the point at 10:15 pm that I was ready to walk! Picking up the SUV was a very nice experience. Guys in the shop were quick in getting plates transferred, answering questions and getting us out in good time! More

I had a wonderful experience working with Stephanie. She was very patient with me and very helpful. She listened to all of my wants. It is great to work with someone who has YOU in mind.
