My kids recently converted me to an iPhone, so I decided I wanted a small hatchback with electronics. The final candidates were Yaris, I'm a 35 year Toyota owner, and Honda Fit, it gets the best reviews. Stephanie Hausherr greeted me at the door, listened to what I wanted, and had exactly the right car for me to test -- a red Fit EX. She was very patient with me as I putted around the parking lot playing with the backup and right side cameras. The trade in for my car was $100 higher than what I had gotten from the internet with no negotiating at all. The Yaris has not been upgraded and the Toyota salesman tried steering me to a Scion -- ugliest car I've seen since the Edsel. I enjoyed buying my Honda Fit from Stephanie at Germain and am sure I will enjoy driving it. More

She answered all of my questions, answered all of my concerns, and then helped me with all of the paperwork. The finance person (I'm sorry I have forgotten her name) was very enthusiastic and answered all of my questions, and finally when they delivered the car, Ray Stagle did a thorough job of reviewing everything with me. I blew out a tire on a pothole only 2 weeks later and Damien Reed went out of his way to get me a new tire replacement as fast as he could. All in all it couldn't have been an easier process, start to finish. Thanks guys for great job done! More
