Stephanie and Germain Honda made my experience one I will never forget. From the very first step entering through those front doors you're greeted by a friend and smiling staff. Stephanie brought me to her desk where we went over in detail, the specifics for the Accord 1.5 and 2.0T sport and what would be expected. Considering this was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and not knowing what I was doing or what was required of me, she made the process clear and simple. There wasn't a moment during our time together even through meeting with the financial department where I felt lost or felt like I was being taken advantage of. She answer my questions clearly and honestly and was willing to work with me as much as I can in order to get the payment I desired. I have already recommended her to my family members and will do so moving forward with anyone interested in getting a new Honda. I highly recommend her and the Germain Honda team when it comes to purchasing your next vehicle. They truly stand by their values and mission as a company and because of that, I will be a customer for life. More

Terrible overall experience. Shouldnt have scoffed and rolled your eyes at the thought of me buying out my lease. Because I wasn't pleased with how I was treated through it all. If I wasn't buying out my lease I would have walked away entirely. I almost did anyways but I enjoy my car.
