Leased a new 2019 CRV EXL This is my second vehicle to lease with Germain Honda and Stephanie as my sales person. She is always pleasant to work with and makes me feel comfort This is my second vehicle to lease with Germain Honda and Stephanie as my sales person. She is always pleasant to work with and makes me feel comfortable about asking questions. She helped me into a newer, higher level vehicle for a fair price. And it was fast! She went above and beyond - going out to the cold to get some papers from my vehicle for me, making sure the mats I wanted to transfer into the new vehicle were washed and put in for me and ready to go when my vehicle was brought around. She always goes the extra mile! Thank you for a fun, easy, and pleasant experience! More

Don’t go here Terrible customer service. Weren’t willing to work on price and wouldn’t let me test drive the car I was looking at. Sales manager came over an expres Terrible customer service. Weren’t willing to work on price and wouldn’t let me test drive the car I was looking at. Sales manager came over an expressed they wouldn’t come down on price because the car was going to sell no matter what then pretty much asked me to leave. You want a Honda, go to a different dealership because that’s what the sales manager will tell you to do! Buying a car is not a fun experience to begin with, Why deal with people that want to belittle you and talk down to you. Here is response to review. “ Germain Honda of Dublin responded to this review May 17, 2019 We are sorry to know your experience did not meet your expectations. As our Sales Consultant explained multiple times prior to you arriving at the dealership, we do not allow test drives on the Type R and it is a nonnegotiable vehicle. These vehicles are highly sought-after race cars, and prospective buyers do not wish for their new vehicle to have test drive miles on them. Aside from the test drive, the Type R is priced to move for the demand as it is a limited production vehicle. We wish you much luck in finding the perfect vehicle that meets your needs and expectations.” “Best Regards, Craig Ferguson General Manager“ More
