I left with a smile and returned a few hours later, upset. The car fell apart. I understand why we didn't get on the expressway. I was being scammed. The car's front end was damaged. I told the salesperson on the first test drive that the front end was not balanced. She took it back and stated that the mechanic gave it an alignment. She asked me if I was sure about the car, when she should have said the vehicle was a lemon. Also, I was given a different price than I received online. Dawn said that the online system was never accurate, and was told that the second car that I selected was sold the night before. I was also offered another vehicle, more expensive and with more miles. But I wanted an Altima. Not knowing that the car was not safe. I could have been killed. I was and am so upset and disappointed that I had not read all the disgusting reviews about this dealership, which included selling over 300 damaged vehicles in one year. The State of Georgia and the Echo Park owners, board, and stockholders should not allow this to continue. Taking advantage of customers, especially senior citizens, is 100% Bad Business. I am not pleased with the way I was misled into thinking that the car was in great condition. I assumed Dawn was new on the job. But now, as I think back, I feel the salesperson knew more than she let on by the things she was saying, and she seemed a little uneasy. She offered another car and asked me if I was sure three times before the final sale. She also mentioned that I did not need a down payment more than once. I decided to pay $1000.00 to lower my payment. Not once did she mention the vehicle was damaged, and she was not surprised when I returned a short time later, the same day, within 4 hours. Also, the finance guy (I don't remember his name) became defensive during the signing because I was asking him to explain what I was signing. He stated that I could get someone else to assist. I should have gotten up and left. I am not pleased with this company. It's so sad that we can not trust people. Where is the Honor? This company has gotten another blackeye!! More

Will not provide detailed responses to emails to address money owed to clients. I have been emailing this dealer since February regarding a refund owed to me for tag, tax, title etc. My DMV in Florida confi money owed to clients. I have been emailing this dealer since February regarding a refund owed to me for tag, tax, title etc. My DMV in Florida confirmed they owe me $264. The dealer admitted via email they owed me another $64 but I have yet to receive any refund months later. Every time I email I receive the same response “let me check with our Controller”. Apparently the “Controller” or “General manager” doesn’t check emails or care about their customers. Worst customer service by NOT providing a resolution. This money is owed to me and doesn’t belong to them. More

Great experience at Echo Park Duluth. Experience was excellent, sales process was simple and strait forward, Everyone one I called was plesant and helpful. The deliver experience at the dealship was five stars. BUT, I bought the car online which was simple and easy, BUT, I was expecting two key fobs and it was not disclosed that there was only one. A key fob on my car is $1500 plus $250 programing fee. Ouch. AND, there was no empathy for what I thought was a standard expectation, and I now need to pay up for a new key fob. Ugh. Other than that, all good and highly recommend. More
