Horrible service department, kept my truck for 6 weeks, then went to pick it up and nothing was fixed the check engine light was still on, to top it off they cracked my windshield. Then they kept it for an then went to pick it up and nothing was fixed the check engine light was still on, to top it off they cracked my windshield. Then they kept it for another week and a half, then I picked it up again and they lost my wheel lock and said they use a master set….. then when I got home the check engine light turned on again. So what was really done to my truck…. NOTHING just a waste of my time going back and forth to the dealer and not having my truck when I needed it for work. Terrible service department and none of the “Advisors” seem like they even want to be there to work and help the customer. I’m not content having to take it back…. More

I was told they had all the parts and then called and said one was taken by another service person. 5 days later I picked up my car only to have to bring it back for a back ordered part. said one was taken by another service person. 5 days later I picked up my car only to have to bring it back for a back ordered part.
