They catered to my wants, needs, didn't pressure me and let me find my way into the BMW of my dreams. At some dealerships this is where the honeymoon ends but not at BMW Sudbury. From the sales rep I worked with, to the service team, to the GM I was treated with respect and felt like I was being prioritized with whatever I needed. I've dealt with some very poor dealerships in the past and have to say I won't be buying from anyone but BMW Sudbury going forward.
