Travis assigned for Service at 7am, Travis no shows and they don’t know how to assign someone else. I had to ask twice for someone to check me in simple oil change. Said shuttle service is Lyft, said 9 m they don’t know how to assign someone else. I had to ask twice for someone to check me in simple oil change. Said shuttle service is Lyft, said 9 minutes and 18 minutes later car shows, net 40 min to drop off a car no sense of urgency to get customers checked in. Pickup and no Travis to say sorry for being late, get check out go outside and we will bring your car around. Have to ask twice aid they guy coming after 10 min they go in and ask for keys as I can see my car in garage and drive it out myself. Nice older lady is only one seemed concerned they left me hanging and Travis sends me this survey. Service I hope was done, customer service was a 1 out of 5. More

Came in for the replacement of a parking sensor. The repair was done very quickly while I waited in the comfortable customer lounge. The repair was done in less than the quoted time. BMW of Sudbury is the Class of Massachusetts Dealerships From the first step I took in the door I felt as if I was somewhere I was considered special. They catered to my wants, needs, didn't pressure me and From the first step I took in the door I felt as if I was somewhere I was considered special. They catered to my wants, needs, didn't pressure me and let me find my way into the BMW of my dreams. At some dealerships this is where the honeymoon ends but not at BMW Sudbury. From the sales rep I worked with, to the service team, to the GM I was treated with respect and felt like I was being prioritized with whatever I needed. I've dealt with some very poor dealerships in the past and have to say I won't be buying from anyone but BMW Sudbury going forward. They are simply the best at what they do, and provide an unmatched customer experience. Thank you to the BMW Sudbury team for all the little things. They haven't gone unnnoticed for this customer.
