They sent me a letter to schedule recall service. Got that setup. Dropped car off and they called me as soon as it was done. When i went in they had my keys and work order ready. The only issue I had was the AI system you use to schedule appointments is horrible. It gives you a time and that it will be confirmed when Service contacts you but no one contacts you.
