STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!The personnel from the STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!! The personnel from the sales department to the service department are a bunch crooks. They know how to run a sca STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!! The personnel from the sales department to the service department are a bunch crooks. They know how to run a scam to lure people into buying their crap used cars and when you complain 3 days after your purchase, their answer is " oh well you bought it you own it" and then have the xxxxx to low ball you on a trade in of the car you just bought from them. They got me so good, that I paid $45,000 for a used piece of xxxx 2018 GX 460 that should have been certified and the car have problems out of the gate. I took it to the service dept and they did not fix it even though they admitted to missing the NYS inspection, the alignment and wheel balancing. The car came out with the same problems minus the state inspection. I had to go through major aggravation with the stupid salesman and his managers to end up losing over $7,000 on my traded vehicle that I had just purchased from them a week ago. To avoid losing more I had to buy a new car from them which I ended up buying even though it was not the model I originally wanted. I ended up with a 2021 GX 460 base with premium package with bucket seat, losing two passengers of my original 8 passenger vehicle's plan for $62,000. In the end they got me for more than I should have had paid for. The Kia Telluride, Honda Pilot or Hyundai Palisade would have been a better buy and more satisfying purchase. I totally regret the day I stepped into that dealer. I am very disappointed with the car. I beg you please if get to read this review, take it very seriously or you will regret it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!! More
