I purchased vehicle on line and sales manager was very good to work with. Vehicle could have been better prepped when we picked up. There were stickers all over interior and some on exterior. Every time the salesperson or sales manager called my cell, it was a different phone number and they were not easy to contact. Car was not prepped when we had an appointment to pick up. Shipping adh cell, it was a different phone number and they were not easy to contact. Car was not prepped when we had an appointment to pick up. Shipping adhesives were left on the exterior and interior of the car (leading me to believe it was not washed or prepped. Car had an empty tank of gas when we expected to take the car home. Finance was disorganized, my insurance company was told the lienholder would be Lexus Financial, when in fact Chase was used. The salesperson started to put old license plates on the new car, when I wasn't asked about my preference for registration. In the interest of time (we both had to return to work)--we were unable to get the full run through of the car from sales before we left. More

I did a lot of shopping around for the right used car and out of the 4 dealerships I went to, this one was by far the friendliest and most helpful. Adrian showed incredible patience because insurance put us out of the 4 dealerships I went to, this one was by far the friendliest and most helpful. The whole transaction was processed through a 3rd party. The only thing I could attest to is the condition of the car being delivered. They could have done a better job. Other than that couldn't be happier. More
