I reached out to Lexus of Orange County on Tuesday April 12th, looking to get information on the Lexus RX 350h SUV, which there was no available inventory for at my local Lexus Dealer. Within a short time I 12th, looking to get information on the Lexus RX 350h SUV, which there was no available inventory for at my local Lexus Dealer. Within a short time I received an immediate response from Lexus of Orange County. I then began an inquiry over the email with my sales representative, Marc Mendoza. Marc and his team at Lexus of Orange County were outstanding and demonstrated a very high level of customer service, as well as promptly addressing all of my questions and concerns. I was able to negotiate with them in a professional manner and within 24 hours, I was on my way to Middletown, NY, a 2 hour drive, to pick up my new vehicle. I have to say that when I arrived at the Dealer, they knew I was going to be late, but their team stayed late to complete the transaction. They did not make me feel rushed and all employees were outstanding. The kicker was when I went to see my new vehicle and there was a great big bow on the roof!. To me, that was an amazing touch. Marc helped educate me on the new electronics in the vehicle, so that I felt comfortable before I departed for home. I do not think I have ever written up a recommendation for a car dealer, but this time I wanted to ensure that I highly recommended Lexus of Orange County. I will be sure to tell all of my family, friends and co-workers that this was a great experience and well worth the 2 hour drive. More
