When we visited, he was prepared for us and ready to make a deal. He offered us what we we're looking for for our trade in and gave us the best price on the xc60 that we were interested in. He also gave us the best deal for the extended warranty. He was quick and we were able to leave with the car that night. The other Stephen walked us through the car and explained all the options to us. He transferred everything over from our previous car and put my things exactly where they belong. It was awesome! The whole transaction took half an hour vs. hours that many of other internet purchase experiences have taken. I had been at it for about a month and in that time met many dealers and test drove several cars. Anyone who has done much car shopping knows what that can be like. From my initial call to the receptionist, all the way through to picking up the car, our experience was great. We both really liked Stephen. He treated my son and I with respect, friendliness and courtesy. Additionally, the automobile we purchased was in excellent condition, unlike some we had tested. I feel confident that the car will keep my son in safe, reliable transportation for years to come. Unrelated to the sale, we wandered into the customer service waiting area and were amazed. What a great space! It was decorated well, if felt peaceful, was comfortable, welcoming and well stocked. I would recommend this dealership and I would shop there again. More
