All in all I spent a total of maybe 2 hrs in the dealership during the whole ordeal start to finish...which has to be some sort of record. Highly recommend dealing with these folks. More

I had an unusual number of problems with my 2010 XC60 & after speaking with them about it they took it back and put me in a new 20 treated very well. Not only is my new 2013 XC-90 R-Design totally sweet, Steve worked to get me the exact car I wanted in less than a wee Steingold made it a great one. Not only is my new 2013 XC-90 R-Design totally sweet, Steve worked to get me the exact car I wanted in less than a week! I was away on vacation so we did everything through email. When I returned to get the car everything was set up for me - Bluetooth, Sirius subscription, accessories, financing, registration, even insurance. So easy, quick and really just quite pleasant. I was very nervous about negotiating a new car purchase but Steve is such a down to earth guy, it made it easy. I will definitely be returning to them for service, and can't recommend them highly enough. More

The overall experience with Steingold Volvo was excellent! I went to the dealership late Sat. afternoon and at about 5pm I decided to pull the trigger right when they were about to close. No worr excellent! I went to the dealership late Sat. afternoon and at about 5pm I decided to pull the trigger right when they were about to close. No worries at all from Stephen and less than 45 minutes all the paperwork was completed and I drove away in my new call. The customer service was an A++++ and the ease of buying was amazing.
