My experience was awesome. From the courteous welcome to the professionalism shown by all, they were fantastic in my book! The Service Manager even took the time to show me an issue with the interior air fi the professionalism shown by all, they were fantastic in my book! The Service Manager even took the time to show me an issue with the interior air filter that needed to be replaced. I was impressed with his willingness to show and explain the problem to me! Satisfactory service appointment Had an excellent service experience last week when I took my wife’s Forrester in, I was greeted by Steve who disinfected my car and quickly completed Had an excellent service experience last week when I took my wife’s Forrester in, I was greeted by Steve who disinfected my car and quickly completed my write up. My son and I waiting in the showroom where they had chairs set up within the social distancing guidelines. I had an oil change and some other minor items taken care off. Everything was completed within a reasonable time and we drove off in our freshly washed vehicle. Thanks Steve and Team!!! More
