His first job was working as a grounds keeper at the Star 105.5 radio station. Ms. Bruzek, we apologize for your experience and regret that it has led to you leaving us a negative review. After speaking to management, it was explained that our technician checked the thermostat on your vehicle and it was running normal, as compared to other Forester’s warm up times. He also scanned your vehicle for faults, and no faults nor repairs were needed at this time. We advised purchasing a remote engine starter or an engine block heater that would keep your motor warm overnight. Our service manager sat with you and explained all options and also giving you the option to leave your vehicle over the weekend for further diagnostics while continuing to drive the loaner vehicle provided, you declined all options and chose to take your vehicle home with you. Again, we sincerely apologize and please understand that we do try to serve our customers the best we can. Please call our service manager if you have further questions.
