I leased a vehicle from this dealership in 2021. When lease expired, I went back to dealership to buy the Vehicle. I spent three hours in this dealership just buying out the lease. I was notified by Chrysler Capital two weeks later that the dealership never sent the payoff to them. I spent two days calling salespeople and managers, none of which came through on anything they promised or returned my calls. Five days prior to my temporary registration expiring, I called dealership again about the status of my permanent registration and plates. Again, five days of dealing with salespeople and managers who never came through on their commitments nor returned my calls. I finally got plates at close of business on the date they expired. I will never go back to this dealership for anything. More

This is the 2nd time leasing a car from Pine Belt. I live over an hour away and when I arrived John had 2 cars pulled up for me to test drive I was so surprised by the extra effort he put in to do tha I live over an hour away and when I arrived John had 2 cars pulled up for me to test drive I was so surprised by the extra effort he put in to do that.
