I thought I needed an 8 cylinder engine to comfortably pull my 4000lb boat. After the salesman explained the different Ford engines, I walked out with their 2.7L with ecoboost. Stephen (my salesman) listened to what my "must haves" were and within 5 minutes had my choices narrowed down to less than three. After we closed the sale, he was right there the entire time ensuring there was nothing else I needed and to make sure I was taken care of.
