She answered all of my questions and concerns with buying out of state. The negotiation process was easy, and very reasonable. I never felt any pressure to buy and no games were played. I also worked with Steven in new car sales. Again, excellent service. Steven satisfied all of my crazy requests and never got annoyed with me. He took detailed pics of the car inside and out without asking, and filled up the vehicle with gas. Assisted with logistics of the shipping and everything. Matt in finance was straight forward, and didn't try to sell me any products that I felt I did not need. He was patient and answered all of my questions. At first I didn’t think we were going to get the deal done and with the lack of time to commit to the car shopping process I wasn’t looking forward to it.
