Approaching the end of my lease, I scheduled an appointment, I explained my need to be efficient with my time since I live 2.5 hours away from the dealership. The sales manager paired me with Stephen Gomez, who was ready to meet me when I arrived. Stephen is a polite, friendly young man who is a good listener, know his product and operates out of integrity, Stephen helped find me just the right new Corolla to meet my needs, and financial goals. I placed a deposit for a car that was not yet built, and Stephen called me with updates to let me know it was being built, when it was in transit, and when it arrived at the dealership. He insured that the window tint was installed and had the car washed and ready when I arrived to take delivery of it. I’ll continue to make the trip to Corwin for my maintenance appointments and in three years I look forward to working with James and Stephen again when I lease my next vehicle. Big huge thanks to Stephen, James the sales manager, and JB in the finance office for making it fun to buy a car! More
