I had a very concerning experience with this dealership’s finance department. I was told a warranty was “free,” only to later be charged approximately $650 for it and have my payment increased. After push finance department. I was told a warranty was “free,” only to later be charged approximately $650 for it and have my payment increased. After pushing back, they agreed to cancel it and refund both the $650 and $229 from a tax error. It has now been two months, and I have received no refund and no communication. The combination of being told something was free, then being charged for it, followed by no follow-through on promised refunds, feels deceptive and unprofessional. I would strongly caution anyone to review every detail before signing anything here. More

Thank you for the response, however I have already spoken directly with your finance department multiple times regarding this matter. During those conversations, I was given conflicting information and felt I was being gaslit regarding representations made during the financing process. I was specifically told the key fob warranty was “free” and would not impact my payment, only to later discover I was charged approximately $650 for it and my payment increased. After I disputed this, I was told the warranty would be canceled and that I would receive refunds totaling approximately $879 due to both the warranty cancellation and tax discrepancy. It has now been over two months, and I still have not received the promised refunds or meaningful follow-up communication. At this point, this issue goes beyond a simple misunderstanding. The lack of transparency, conflicting explanations between staff members, and failure to follow through on agreed resolutions has seriously damaged my trust in your dealership. I would appreciate immediate action and written confirmation regarding the status of the promised refunds rather than being redirected back into the same unresolved conversations.
