The service reps here are always nice and will take the time to listen to your issues instead of just pushing sales. Recommended maintenance is done based off of mileage. I've had to tell them multiple times that certain things were already done elsewhere. I'd prefer to have all maintenance done only at this location, but cost has driven me to other places for some of my maintenance. They also always offer a ride home and I love that. It provides me the opportunity to continue about my day while maintenance is being performed. More

In the past, I have waited between 3-4 hours just to get an oil change. I mentioned that to the service member when I took my vehicle in to get an oil change and tire alignment. I also mentioned that I star an oil change. I mentioned that to the service member when I took my vehicle in to get an oil change and tire alignment. I also mentioned that I started taking my vehicle to jiffy lube a few times for the convenience but they ended up stripping my oil plug. I brought it back to the Chevrolet dealership to replace the oil plug as well as the oil change and tire alignment. The service member said he will try to have it out sooner than 3 hours. Well, I actually did get my vehicle back in two hours after waiting for it in the waiting room, which in my opinion is still unacceptable. I had an appointment so it should’ve only taken between 30-40 min max. That’s not even the worst part. I drove my vehicle on the highway that day and the next before realizing there were fumes coming from my hood. I opened the hood to see why it was smoking and noticed there was no lid on the oil reservoir. I was extremely upset that I had been driving without the oil reservoir lid on and didn’t know where it was. I ended up finding it by the latch that opens the hood. Now I’m not sure where to take my vehicle to have it serviced properly without having to worry about it smoking or something stripping. I thought the dealership out of all places would have standards and guidelines they follow that would require them to do something as simple as putting the lid back on after they are done.
