Appointment was for 0930, wasn’t pulled into shop until 1100. 2 service advisors with a long line of people checking in. 10 cars were there at opening, dropped off the night before, that backed them up. I would think that those cars dropped off without an appointment would be parked after check in until there was an opening for them. This is the second time (out of two times I’ve been there for service) that this has happened. Your service team overbooks appointments. I will not be coming back there for service. Two hours for an oil change is unacceptable. On the positive, your service advisors were nice but obviously embarrassed that they were the ones that looked like it was their fault. More
