My experience very poor. My car sat at the dealership for over week and all it needed was a battery. The worst part of my experience is the lack of communication. I could not communicate with my service rep and I couldn't get anyone to call me back and update me about my vehicle. So very poor help and communication: Update: I was contacted by the Technician and give direct contact information for future service. This will be helpful going forward. More

They have a lot issues when it comes to their services advisors dealing with customers. Express lane customer service is usually a better experience. Talking to the service manager is a waste of time. No advisors dealing with customers. Express lane customer service is usually a better experience. Talking to the service manager is a waste of time. No need for an appointment, your vehicle is never seen at the appointed time. And again, they couldn’t care any less about your concerns when they are brought to management’s attention. More
