Outstanding Customer Service I just bought my first car through them in July of 2019 and I had actually not idea what I wanted. I had a couple ideas in mind and then I sat down with a salesman and talked about my needs in a car and they found me the right car. They actively listen to what you need, they aren't here to sell you the most expensive car on the lot and they aren't pushy at all. They gave me the contact information needed to contact them and they check in on me maybe twice, which was nice because I appreciate not being pushed. Their service department is out standing, they get ahold of you right away when your car is done and always answer all your questions in "my terms" because I don't know everything behind a car has to offer. More

Relaxed, zero pressure environment I went in to look at an Audi after working with Stephen briefly via online communication. Throughout the whole process as I considered, waffled, and sometimes had a ham-fisted approach, I never felt pressured to make a purchase. My questions or concerns were always answered directly and fully in regards to financing and the vehicle itself. Stephen James and Lisa were enjoyable to talk to not only on a business but personal level. Stephen H. answered my call and his excellent customer service and responsiveness made the choice clear to go with Luther Park Place Motor Cars. I appreciate how they considered my work and family schedule. They asked what I wanted/ needed and made it happen. (Without that back & forth dealer game). The application was completed online within minutes. My new car was delivered to me and the driver took my old car back without having to wait till the last minute and spend the whole day at the dealership. I also really appreciated the willingness to answer all my question and concerns and follow up the day after my car was delivered. This is not the closet dealer to my location but this will be the dealer I’d like to continue doing business with for all my future vehicle needs. Thank you Stephen H. & your team! More

He is knowledgeable, very helpful, & has a great personality. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, which I’ve always done in the past, is that I was disappointed with the value they gave me for my trade in. (Which was not Steven’s responsibility). The value attributed to it was $2,000 below the lowest KBB trade in estimate range. This despite the fact that it was low mileage & in excellent condition. I could have tried to sell it myself, but due to the facts that the dealership is 100 mi away, & my wife is disabled & can’t drive, I had no way of getting it home. I would use Park Place again in future, but I would work out a plan to sell my car if they were that far below my expectations. Lisa in finance was also a pleasure to work with. Everything gets 5 stars except the trade in value. More
