Upon arrival for our appointment, an informed salesperson met with us to discuss our objectives and the options available. An SQ5 equipped similar to the one in which we were interested was waiting to be test driven. The discussion and presentation of the terms of purchase was straightforward and without pressure. We had some concerns about the optional equipment on the vehicle in which we were most interested, but those were explained and addressed satisfactorily. Following completion of the paperwork, the car was prepared and we were given helpful training on some of the technology that was unfamiliar. In every sense, James Taylor, Tony Johnson and Stephen Hlavka provided a positive and professional buying experience.
