He Luther PDR and myself noticed multiple paint dents that were poorly attempted to be covered up by the dealership Saturday during the PDR service. He was shocked by the poor service I’ve receieved and recommends a full buff on the vehicle. Not sure why the dealership would be so shady and hide this on a brand new car. Also the big dent that was promised to be easy to get out was extremely difficult to get out and was impossible to fully repair. Disappointed and a little disgusted with the sloppy work on my “brand new” vehicle. This dealership seems extremely lazy. I hope this can be fixed or I will have to report this to BBB. More

Fantastic dealership experience! My husband and I were looking for a new car and found several vehicles we were interested in at this dealership. When got there Stephen materialized l My husband and I were looking for a new car and found several vehicles we were interested in at this dealership. When got there Stephen materialized literally out of thin air and was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. He didn't pressure us at all and was very informative through the whole process. We ended up buying a 2012 Audi Q5 from the used lot and it is perfect! I am in love with this car! I have been able to call and ask questions and the follow up and follow through has been amazing. I later ran into someone that I was showing my car off to an acquaintance and found out one of her family members is a manager at the dealership! (small world!) Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed! More
