Excellent quality salesperson Stephen huang was an amazing salesperson and only had us look at what we were asking for w/ a few options but not too many and he backed away as soon Stephen huang was an amazing salesperson and only had us look at what we were asking for w/ a few options but not too many and he backed away as soon as he noticed our disinterest. He was organized and knew his stuff, but most of all was polite and respectful to both me and my wife. The amount of time we had to spend in that salesroom was extremely high. We were tired and hungry, but were not offered the opportunity to leave for a quick meal. the negotiations of price were impersonal and very typical used car sales by the other authority salesperson behind the "the wall" that Stephen had to get approved by. That person did come out to tell me how crazy I was for saying how low the percentage rate I would get at my home bank, he also stated he was not going to go below the price that was posted online for the desired vehicle, then walked off, never saw him again other than the snack room. Again Stephen waded his way through the deep stuff going between us and the other guy(s). We are pretty simple people and do not require much. When we asked for the very best price that could be given on this vehicle stating I did not like the back and forth thing, I still ended up in the back and forth thing. This I hated and may keep me away from a purchase here in the future. Vehicle purchased amazing, sales person amazing, experience of the sale, too long and dissatisfactory. More
