Good and bad Great salesman in Stephan, very high pressure sales push for extra products and warranties for a second Warranty ( separate salesman) guy said he was Great salesman in Stephan, very high pressure sales push for extra products and warranties for a second Warranty ( separate salesman) guy said he was “required” to hear me say “no” 4 times before he could let it go that I didn’t want them. There was a drop off in the vehicle’s idle which I was told was just the automatic transmission. Turned out the car had two bad coils which was covered under warranty. The was not caught by this dealerships inspection. Right now I am not sure I would purchase another vehicle here because the maintenance shop does not have my confidence, and the push for additional products and warranty were in my opinion unprofessional and what I have seen in consumer reports as borderline predatory. Again, Stephan was extremely helpful and asked the right questions to find out our needs. He gets an A+ More
