I put $1000 down to buy a car. Salesperson added almost $1000 in additional things I did not want. He refused to remove them so I cancelled the sale. I have made phone calls and left messages asking for my money to be refunded. I left very detailed phone messages with all the important credit card transaction info along with very detailed voicemail and email messages. I am in the process of drafting a letter to the Attorney General and also the NYS Dept, of Motor Vehicles. I also see where the BBB has had tons of complaints also. These shady tactics give good car dealerships a bad name. Shame on them Dave More
