What a wonderful experience !! From the minute I walked onto the lot, I felt right at home. I was greeted by the General Manager Stephen Jones who assigned Brad Howell to show me !! From the minute I walked onto the lot, I felt right at home. I was greeted by the General Manager Stephen Jones who assigned Brad Howell to show me the truck I was interested in. Brad and I took a test drive and while I liked the vehicle, he brought another truck around and I knew I had to have it. Dealing with Mike Kelley, Brad Howell and Stephen Jones was such a pleasurable experience. At no time was I pressured and everything flowed smoothly. They didn't have what I was looking for at their location so they found one from another location and had it there in a timely manner.
