Zero reliability for 2 years I've tried to get a wheel lock key for my ford that I bought from Rountree/moore every service , breakdown and tow , oil change they would for 2 years I've tried to get a wheel lock key for my ford that I bought from Rountree/moore every service , breakdown and tow , oil change they would tell me we are working on it but they had a key in tire center . I moved out of area and tried to get tires ford techs were unable to get tires off car tried several times to contact dealership left messages with parts department never a phone call back , spoke to dealership manager said he would work on it never called back.... You can never get any one on the phone. They never call you back no matter how many voice mail you leave. They have never paid off my car i traded in for a dodge truck. They never do anything they tell you they will do. And when you call the person you would like to talk with is in a meeting or not in.i got a kia car from them had it24days and they had it10 mounts. The worst place i have had to deal with. Now i traded for a truck and they have never paid the car off. I have the finance people calling me for a payment. Not happy and causeing my credit to go down. More
