I wrote a great review on this dealership even after I was treated with the utmost disrespect from a few people there at the dealership. Now I want the consumers and the public to know the truth. I bought a vehicle from this dealership, and they sold me a vehicle with a damaged grill, with full knowledge that it was damaged. I have brought this to the attention of the saleswoman Marilyn Sanchez who sold me the car, and also the General manager Stephen Lawrence, and I was told that there was nothing that they could do to fix this situation. I payed cash for a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude, which was an uncomfortable process because I felt like I was being interrogated by Stephen Lawrence when he continuously questioned me about where I had gotten the money. It was an intrusion of my privacy, an unethical practice, and very unprofessional to say the least. I have reached out to the BBB, as well as the Attorney Generals office, and hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else who spends their hard earned tax paying dollars at any business where the consumers are deserving of fair, and professional treatment under the law. More

My son bought a 2022 ram 1500 in August. A few months later, the MGU went on it. Ram sent them a defective part so they had to get a new one shipped to them.
