Tasca got my vehicle in immediately and called me with a diagnosis the same day . My vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up the next day . Steve and Jose were very informative and correctly repaired my diagnosis the same day . My vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up the next day . I spent a few days at this dealership while going back and forth with my Grandma who lives in New York and I thank Michael, so much for his patience because my Grandmother can be so difficult to deal with and forth with my Grandma who lives in New York and I thank Michael, so much for his patience because my Grandmother can be so difficult to deal with. He answered every question she had, tooth and nail. He even made a video of the Jeep features so I could send it to my grandmother. He literally went above and beyond to get me into my new Jeep!
