This is my third Subaru purchased at this dealership. I have never been disappointed with any service or salesperson. Everyone is definitely 5-Star. This purchase was so easy, both Stephen and Daniel were have never been disappointed with any service or salesperson. Everyone is definitely 5-Star. This purchase was so easy, both Stephen and Daniel were great to work with and the finance guy was wonderful but I have misplaced his card and can’t remember his name. Used car special I bought a used vehicle that was a sponsored special online. When I went to the dealership they dropped another $1,000 right away without me asking. I I bought a used vehicle that was a sponsored special online. When I went to the dealership they dropped another $1,000 right away without me asking. I loved the vehicle and bought it. 3 days later none of the lights would turn off and the car battery was drained. I brought it to them and they stressed to me it was sold as is, but I just wanted them to look at it and fix it and we could worry about the money later. They had it for 5 hours and called me and said they couldn't figure out how to fix it. I brought it to another dealership and they had it for 5 days. Finally they found out it was the computer system and charged me $1450 to fix it. I called Subaru and asked for the manager and was given the sales manager. I told him how I felt like they knew something was wrong with the vehicle and he assured me they didn't. I believed him and asked that they either pay for the repair or atleast cover half just for good business. He said he would get with the general manager and they would call me back. That was 1.5 weeks ago. Since then I have a friend in the car business and he called the dealerships higher ups and left messages. No return phone calls. This did not feel like a good business deal.
